In 1996 I started in Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator and Marketing Representative in Riverside County, Ca. working the cities of Corona, Riverside, Moreno Valley, Norco and Perris. In 2001 I started at Brubaker Culton as a Transaction Coordinator and shorty after studied for and passed my Real Estate Exam. I work Residential, Manufactured Homes, Commercial and Land. I have successfully closed several Short Sales which closed at 90% of asking price. I have experience managing Commercial and Residential rentals as well. I recently obtained an REO account with a prominent bank serving California. I have recently moved to Coldwell Banker Kivett Teeters and look forward to a productive future with them.
